Do you agree that the present laws for crimes committed by minors be amended?

Cong. Escudero is putting it into effect. Many criminal syndicates use minors to commit crimes to get away from it. Kiko Pangilinan was said to authored this before but now is denying it.Do you agree that the present laws for crimes committed by minors be amended?
I do not think the problem is with the laws. I think the problem is that the law requires the juveniles not to be put in adult prisons and in the Philippines there are not enough facilities to take them in so they are generally released after convicted.Do you agree that the present laws for crimes committed by minors be amended?
In Iloilo today, the TBS 13 gang is very hot, they had been killing taxi drivers with many blows, often the victim have more than 20 stabbed wounds. A few days ago, one of their leaders was found dead. He was shot more than 20 times. Most members of the TBS 13 gang is mostly minors, HS students. The leaders of the gang entered the group when they were minors also. The initiation of the gang is to hold-up a taxi driver then kill him by stabbing several times.

With the crimes committed by these minors, I have to say that law should be amended, but the amendments should allow these minors to be rehabilitated, and that they should not be mixed to the adult offenders. There should be a program to rehabilitate these minors.Do you agree that the present laws for crimes committed by minors be amended?
teenage boy's are brain damaged,its usually a temporary condition and most recover eventually,hard prison time is just a training school for a life of crime,first time offenders should be given a second chance,perhaps a facility that has a trade teaching Program would be better
