If there is no such thing as a conspiracy and Conspiracy Theorists are "crazy", why do we have RICO Laws?

Doesn't the fact that crime syndicates have been convicted under RICO Laws PROVE there are Conspiracies?

Isn't it just a matter of the Size of the Conspiracy, and No one wants to consider such a huge conspiracy may be the likely reason that No solutions to real problems can be found? If there is no such thing as a conspiracy and Conspiracy Theorists are "crazy", why do we have RICO Laws?
Most people think that it takes hundreds or thousands of people to pull off the really big conspiracies and figure there would have to be "at least one person" that would come forward to tell all. They don't understand that compartmentalization of our government means that it actually takes a very few people to see the big picture and not hundreds.

Just because something is a theory doesn't mean its not true.

Fight the NWO!
No one has ever said there is no such thing as conspiracy. It's a term used in law; "An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors."

Charlie Manson is in jail on a conspiracy conviction, not murder.

There's a difference between a legal conspiracy and a conspiracy theory. And some conspiracy theories have a modicum of truth, but aren't completely real. Some conspiracy theories are just based on paranoia (i.e. FEMA camps). If there is no such thing as a conspiracy and Conspiracy Theorists are "crazy", why do we have RICO Laws?
Genius! With this Y/A post you have single handily proved the earth is run by shape changing aliens and the Illuminati, 9/11 was an "inside job", and the government really does have mind control satellites. All this was made possible because the US recognizes that conspiracies in crime should be illegal.
Whoever said that there was no such thing as a conspiracy? Conspiracy is a legal concept, and it does exist.

Just because somebody thinks that many conspiracy theories are crazy and not true doesn't mean they believe that there is no such thing as a conspiracy. If there is no such thing as a conspiracy and Conspiracy Theorists are "crazy", why do we have RICO Laws?
Conspiracies are real, and one of the ways people defend against accusations about their own conspiracies is to make their opponent appear paranoid.
if there is a real global conspiracy, it is hidden by all the nut-job conspiracies!
no one has ever said there are NO conspiracies. Just the 9/11 nuts and a few others are fringe level tinfoil hat wearing jerks.
Only liberal conspiracy theories are legitimate to these people.
There are all sorts of conspiracies--Some good some bad
