What do you think about Treyarchs decision?

Do you think MW2 and MW3 would of been better games if they were more based off of present day conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq (former), Gaza, etc. instead of veering off into Russian-American was then WWIII. Or do you think their decision was smart to change as the main rival gaming developer (EA; Battlefield and Medal of Honor, for the most part stuck to it). What do you think would of been a better idea for the gaming industry?What do you think about Treyarchs decision?

Treyarch didn't make either MW2 or MW3, they did Black Ops and World at War. Infinity Ward, the creators of the COD series, did the Modern Warfare games. Though most of the original employees of Infinity War, including the heads, left last year due to the big legal scandal with Activision. They all work for EA now, but haven't put a game out yet.What do you think about Treyarchs decision?
yes and not only that i might not get mw3 now because its all the same it gets boring but l liked black ops cuz they put that gamibing games like sharpshooter and like that but mw3 is stupid cuz it feels like your rouning around the map and only killing ppl but in black ops it feels like yea im working for somthing (to get cod point) but it dont feel like that in mw3.so like a month from now people is going to stop playing the game because its going to get boring
