Cod modern warfare 2 vs battlefield 2 (ps3)?

im about getting a ps3 slim. im thinking of buying cod modern warfare 2 along with my ps3 purchase. but now, battlefield 2 is about to come. im just recently addict with shooting game. on my ps2, i always prefer cod than medal of honor and i never play the battlefield. but, when im searching on the internet, a lot of people say battlefield 2 (DEMO) is more fun, more satisfying and more realistic. they also say about the 'bullet drop' in the battlfield when sniping. can someone tell me which is the best? can you give me a reasons? does battlefield just good in sniping coz i don't really into sniping... and does the battlefield 2 have the modern weapons? how about multiplayer? which is the best?Cod modern warfare 2 vs battlefield 2 (ps3)?
with out both games for a side by side comparison it will be a hard argument, but I personally believe that BF2 will be for lack of a better tittle the sleeper hit of next year. having logged countless hours in BFBC, and let me state that i have played many shooters over the years...i played the demo for wolfenstein on floppy for a year straight on pc..(age spoiler!) and never having played a battlefield game before, I was blown away by the depth and stratagey in this game. the fully realized class system that never quite worked before in games was spot on , and the dice engine was very smooth. I think that moderwarfare 2 has definitly upped the bar on deathmatch and "perk" upgrade systems, this will be a very interesting comparsion once we can play both games, however battlefield has always been its own genre, yes its a shooter,but it offers many different elements that are rare to find in this genre. In BFBC you can play the "run and gun" type, or sit back and use some stragey with the numerous options the classes give you. MW2 is faster paced and most likely will be with the new outing, to sum up an already long post, MW comes out every now and then in my rotation, but with a few friends BFBC is absolutley still a blast to play, spec opps mode in MW2 might change that....but i'm still counting the day untill BF2.
